Amy Conant
Virtual Peer Support Program Manager at Wellness in the Woods

I have a passion for authentic connections with people of any color, disability, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation. I believe that sharing life experiences with one another is a way to do that. Empowering an individual or team to reach great personal and professional aspirations is another piece that brings me great joy.

At Wellness in the Wood’s Virtual Peer Support Network, I have the unique privilege to do all the above. Wellness in the Woods is a person centered, peer run organization with a true passion and ability to connect, empower and bring forth authentic connections which help people find their best selves through wellness.

I am also a mom of a beautiful 4-year-old boy and laughing is an essential part of everyday life for me.
