Recovery on the Road (RoR)

Recovery on the Road is a mobile outreach that aims to bring hope and healing through Peer Support to those who are in rural locations and have difficulty accessing services. We will do this by utilizing RVs and other mobile venues as mini wellness centers, mobile clubhouses, and drop-ins. There will be tools inside such as physical self-care items and resources for other services available in the designated areas.

WitW strongly believes that people in recovery deserve a place at the table, no matter what their challenges may be.  We utilize our personal lived experiences as peers, our training, and appropriate recovery language to support the individuals we serve.  Throughout our services, programming, and events, we strive to foster a comfortable and welcoming space in an effort to meet people wherever they find themselves in their journey.

This is a new program for WitW and all parties are actively learning the roles as we progress.  Expect to see frequent updates to this page in the coming months!

I’m on the road to recovery. I’ll be well. I’m on the road back
